I took loan from mpokket when i am student and paid all amount on time but now due to my worst financial conditions my loan is overdue by 2 month but now they call all my contact number and harassing me and they taking very high penalty charges i requested to company pls waive my penalty, i am not able to pay penalty but they say pay full amount otherwise we send your default status with relatives. Plz help me to settle this loan my loan amount is 14000 but they saying pay 33000 rs now.
