This is Dilip here i was playing deal rummy in MPL in 1st round i have won the game by 20 points and in the second round i had played 3 times and the app got disconnected and i lost the 100 rs my account but as per mpl they are saying that the game was completed and u didn’t made the declaration by time and u have lost. I am playing from so many days i didn’t made a single complaint because if i had lost then also i was playing if i had won also i was playing this time i had made a complaint they are telling me that the game was completed and i asked for refund but they refuse to give refund to me and when i asked how to close the mpl account permanently they told me that there is no option to close your mpl account then i asked a question that we can open a account but why i cant close the account they didn’t gave me answer and i raised a question in your terms and conditions did u mentioned regarding you can open ur account but can close your account they told me that check in terms and conditions when i have check in T&C they did not mention that the account can be closed and here is the link of T&Chttps://about.mpl.live/terms/ and i want to raise a complaint against a fraud company and i need justice to me because they can miss use you my account in future and i need a solution for this .. i have a proof of video which i had taken when i have raised a complaint to mpl live chat …
