I was cheated on Rummy game hosted by MPL Pro. they had promised me that if there are any technical issues we will be refunded.

on reporting the fraud/technical glitch in the game they didn’t accept. the issue happened multiple times and I had lost around 560 rs.

I tried once again, this time I recorded my screen. it happened again. I went to chat support and initiated the earlier ticket they didn’t accept it. there was no option for me to share the video.

it was too frustrating and I need my refund and would like to lodge a complaint so no one else gets cheated.

If required I can share the chat transcripts with support people and video with the glitch
