I had played over 2000 games on MPL… deposited and withdrew many, many times. One day I decided to try playing their pinball game, I had only played the Rookie Specials and I think one real cash game prior to this day.
I play a few practice games… nothing out of the ordinary. I play a 60 cent game and win. Still nothing out of the ordinary. The next 60 cent game I played, however, there was a glitch. The ball started pinging around really fast within the upper bumpers and BAM! Game ended. MPL said the game didn’t count cause I cheated… and within 10 or so sec of that, I’m being logged out and permanently locked.
I’ve been trying to resolve this issue for more than a week but to no avail. I can’t even get a proper response from support. Ridiculous that not only can you be permanently locked by simply experiencing a glitch for the first and only time… but they steal your money on top of it.
