Hi Sir,

I started playing MPL rummy three days ago.

I lost more than 27000 rs. I am not disputing that.

But during one of my games for 5000 rs, I was just 1 point away and sure to win, the game got disconnected. I complained to the chat team (they have no phone number or email) and they said they will get back to me in 24 hours. But after 24 hours they say that it didn’t happen.

It has happened to me many times since and every time I complain, the close the ticket with the same response, sometimes even without my concern.

I have screenshots for every game.

I also have prove that they are using bots or fake players to win our money.

I played 6 or 7 rupees rummy game and everytime I changed the table the same three or four people followed me. Even when I quit the game and joined a new table, these four player were on that table. It is only possible when they are cheating.

Please help me with my complaint as I don’t know what else to do.
