I had deposited 3.45 lacks to poker ac between 9may to 18may and transferred 3.36 lacks from poker account to main account in mpl on 21 may. tds 59313 inr got deducted from my deposit money. i did not win but lost 9k overall.
this is their response
‘In regards to your query, TDS will be deducted if the net winnings in a single contest are Rs.10,000. It will be deducted 31.2% of your net winnings.’
this is absolutely tax fraud. through this platform i m looking for justice.

Did they deduct it during the transfer from poker wallet to main wallet or directly from the main wallet. ?TDS , according to their policy is deductible only if winnings is more than 10000 in poker wallet .
It is clever practice to transfer to main wallet under 10k per transfer from poker wallet.
