Text of Complaint by Jennifer Aldrete:

I have had a few issues that were eventually resolved but while I was playing games today I was automatically logged out by the app. I tried immediately to sign back in and was informed my acct was permanently locked/blocked due to financial fraud and violation of fairplay policy. However I did not do anything other than deposit funds and play the matches assigned to me. I contacted support but have no way to check it receive a response. I had just deposited $20 and now will not be allowed to withdraw it playy funds.
