Booked a movie ticket for a dhanush movie on 20th Aug, 2022 at 9.40pm show. There was a delay in starting the movie which was not informed and they started the movie at 10.21pm. After few mins of running there was a issue in the display and the picture quality was bad in the middle so they stopped playing the movie and discussion with the manager was going on. In the mean while the video quality was back to original so they started the movie. After the interval the issue which faced before was again started and they literally waited for the interval popcorn sales to be done and then saying that they can’t play the movie because of some technical issue. So every one is angery and demanded for the refund. The question is they refunded the ticket amount and parking fee but they are not refunding the food bill and they wasted a lot of time and worst customer service, so is their any possibility to file a case against them for making the inconveniences made by them ?
