I have been requesting to move out of thr family plan to the lowest plan available your team isn’t able to do so.
All they have provided me is false commitments and assurance.
Moreover you have also held me back by for around 6 months to continue to keep in the family plan so i cannot port out aswell.
This email is to whosoever it may concern, if Airtel is bothered out it customers…
I will lodge a police complaint for harassment and charges which I have to pay by being on the family plan which you guys have kept me on purpose.
I will also complain to the consumer court online for this grievance.
I request you to to move me out of thr Airtel Family plans and move me to the lowest billing plan which will allow me to port out as well.
The response and my continuous follow up is tiring.
