This is wih reference to consumer helpline number , the motorolla moto e 4 + stopped working in following ways.

Dear Sir,

I bought brand new sealed box of motor e 4 plus on 29 July 2017 which stopped working on 30 July 2017 i.e next day as wifi,radio, & network in one sim was not showing up.

The same was deposited in working condition on August 1 2017 at Lenovo authorised service center (copy attached).wherein I was informed that as that the issue

I want a new phone immediately before I go for legal proceedings
