I have submitted a motorola x2 mobile phone for repair 41 days ago, but they are not repairing. Employees at service center says they are not getting spare parts from motorola, and motorola care center gives a 20 days date for a date everytime their SLA is breached. My number is 9999954051 and the complaint is registered using this mobile number only.
They are not even providing a new handset, a temporary handset or not even willing to repair the phone too.. what should I do. Please advice.
