I bought a Motorola G72 on 11-01-2023 and it suddenly turned off after 2 and half month and never turned On after that. so I visited nearest Moto service center and submitted my device to them and they hold that device for more than 30 days saying that we have to forward it to dehradun. After more than 30 days when I visited service center they returned my device in a very damaged condition like improper packaging and nut missing etc. The reason they me that this device has encounter water vapour and we can not fix it because parts are not available in the market. And asked me that motherboard is costly you should buy new device. Overall my device has little problem but they make this device completely non working condition. I use that device for 3 months only.I purchased it on EMI.
