Respect sir/mam,
I ordered motorola g52 from flipkart under 7 days brand replacement policy and its delivered to me on 16/03/2023. After one day use, it creating the random touch problem. I contact to the flipkart they said, contact the brand for replacement then i contact the brand, and ask to replace my mobile i also show the video of problem that my motorola g52 created but they send my mobile back after the replacement policy over said mobile doesn’t create any problem. Then i contact to flipkart again but they give the date 29/03/2023 but not contact to me till now then i visit different service center of motorola they open my phone and after 2 days they said it doesn’t create any problem and return to me and ask to show me the video of mobile creating problem. I give them the video. But they also doesn’t help me. My mobile is just 27 days old and i file the complaint on the very first day of it ceate problem. No one helping me. Please help i am uploading the jobsheet created when i very first day submission of mobile.
