Green lines began to appear on my Motorola g52 phone display sometime after the July software update. When I took it to the service center, they agreed with me that it is company software update issue and not my fault in any way.
But had to charge me entire cost of rs 7800 for screen replacement even though this issue is company fault . They told me that company is not giving any compensation for their mistake . My warranty expired in June and a month later Motorola released a software update that literally destroyed the screen. Many other Motorola g52 users are facing this same issue and the company is pretending to be deaf and not recognising this issue. Other companies like one plus and Samsung gave out free screen replacement to their effected customers regardless of warranty but Motorola is not even responding to the issue. I demand that Motorola give free screen replacement to all users that facing this green lines issue on the display.
