I Purchased the Moto E6s from flipkart on February’2020 along with 1 year complete mobile protection(Mobile Protection Claim IW1597893651). After Six months(12th Aug’2020) Mobile touch suddenly stopped working. I have registered the claim on same day through customer care some how pick-up was not done due to device was not packed because no packing instructions came from Jeeves team. After one week they have registered the new claim. Pick was done on 20th Agu’2020 & Delivered at there service centre on 21st Aug’2020. After 10 day they are mailing that their is liquid damage in the device. When i have given the device to pick-up person their was no any liquid damage on the device.
Now Service center(Jeeves) is mailing that they will return My phone without repair, When i revert against their mail for reparing and liquid damage not happened by me in device. They revert me that if i want repair they will consider the phone out of warranty and i have to pay for the same, also they revert me to contact Jeeves customer care for further process.
When i called(3 times in a 3 days) to Jeeves Customer care they don’t know the status of Device and asking me to wait for 5 more days.
Kindly support me to resolve this issue & Repair my phone I am chasing Jeeves team since 15 days.
