This mail is from an aggrieved customer, as I have purchased a Moto G60(6+128, frosted Champagne) on 22 July 2021 (Ordered on 21st July) with a lot of hopes and expectations, since being a middle customer it is not possible for us to purchase a new handset at any moment, so hardly we got enough budget to purchase this handset but are experiencing some manufacturing issues with this model, which is not as per the standard. Moreover, its processing is slow not match the quality of SD732G specifications, and the camera is not good not matched the quality of 108P, hanging all the time multiple tasking is extremely impossible in this handset, with one or two issues we can manage with this device but it’s is generating multiple issues everyday like; automatically restarting itself, hangs during running video sometime dragged us in home page without our consent, probably its AI is working too much fine that does not require user consent or touch (can say ghost touch issue).

Nonetheless, Nevertheless, after having a conversation with your team, somebody visited at my home and inspected the device like an uneducated user just held the device in hand and stated that it is fine, so let me know, is the correct way to inspect the device, I guess “No”.

After this having trauma, I urge you to refund my money so that I can go with another handset and rectify my previous mistake.

Don’t break customers’ trust and spoil your well-established Name.
