I have an account with Motilal Oswal.And recently I’ve been allotted an IPO, the shares got deposited into my account as well.When I tried to sell them ,I couldn’t do it.
It says that “the client/dealer code is suspended.please get in touch with your CSE desk”
After a lot of struggle got in touch with one of their executives and he asked me to pay 700rupees -I paid 710rupees,and then I was told that there’s 5.5 rupees more balance yet to be paid and I paid 100rupees.even then I didn’t get what I wanted to.its been more than 20days and I still didn’t get any response.
I would also like to stress that I don’t even hesitate to step out to SEBI or even any higher authority also until my issue gets resolved.
