After the normal software update my device ( poco X3) started showing certain problems. First the camera started freezing. Then both speakers lost connection. Eventually the phone came to a stage where it cannot be used. When contacted customer care they responded to replace motherboard which costs around 10,000 rupees and there is no other options. It isn’t worth to pay around 10,000 rupees for a 16,000 rupees phone. When googled I came across other complaints about the same device of same sort of issue. I suspect there is some sort of foul play from the side of Poco.
