Respected sir,
I have purchased poco x3 pro mobile (IMEI:866220050664942)from online (Flipkart) on dated 01-05-2021. The mobile crashed ( automatically completely dead position) On dated 21-11-2022 due to a software update provided by company. I visited the service center at old Gajuwaka Visakhapatnam on dated 21-11-2022. The service center representative said that due to software update the mother board of the mobile has crashed.the cost of the mother board is Rs12000/- for rreplacement as waraty has been completed on 01-11-2022. Actually warranty expired on 01-05-2022…. Due to all the model of poco x3 pro mother board issues warranty extend only 6 months… This is the biggest scam because they know what happened after providing the software update issues started in the poco x3 pro models.. even they not intimated also on warranty extend.. this is the scam by the POCO…AS there is no mistake of the customer in this case the motherboard bas been crashed due to an update of a company provided software updates so it is requested to repair or replace the mobile on an urgent basis as our personal data has been lost due to fault from their end
