Dear Sir,
I have purchased poco X3 pro (IMEI-866220051391230) from online (Flipkart) on dated 02-05-2021. The mobile crashed on dated 15-11-2022 due to a software update provided by company. I have complained to customer care and they gave me a token no M5280115 to visit the service center at Kalkaji Market New Delhi. I visited the service center on dated 17-11-2022. The service center representative said that due to a software update the motherboard of the mobile has crashed. The cost of the motherboard is Rs12000/- for replacement as warranty has been completed on 01-11-2022.
As there is no mistake of the customer in this case the motherboard has been crashed due to an update of a company provided software update. So, it is requested to repair/replace the mobile on an urgent basis as our personal data has been lost due to fault from their end.
