I bought my Redmi Note 10 pro max one and half year ago….at sharp when my warranty finished…..my phone get damaged and motherboard issue occured……due to your updation……and It got repaired by your offer but after 2 month of repair it get again damaged……and now they say for repairing it….12000 needed……what is this…..? Why should I Bought this phone it is your problem……I Want my Compensation…..

सर हमारी भी यही समस्या है वारंटी खत्म होने के तीन महीने ही बीते,में मोबाईल शिकायत ले कर सर्विस सेंटर गया तो मदरबोर्ड खराब हो गया दिक्कत बोल 12,000 की मांग की गई
सर आपके mi कंपनी के फोन लोग 20,000 लगा कर खरीदते हे,और मोबाइल कंपनी उसके भरोसे को तोड़ते है
