Hi,

I have purchased Coolpad 3 on 10 Jan 2021 within 10 days the android software Corupted After that I contact lots of service center every one saying that not providing services due Coolpad provider having issue with their payment and I given for sevice center which located at Chennai Mylapore he told me that having issues with motherbord it cont repare if they get approval from Coolpad provider to change they can do that but  they also having same issue no one from Coolpad provider responding it’s alreadyore than 5 months my problem not yet rectified. From your Flipkart I received call and says that Coolpad provider given approval to refund the amount and ask me to send though ekart to return product dur to pandemic situation they are not able to pick some guy called me and informed that request on some other time we will pick your product and he cancelled it, now am not to place request for pick the product ,everytime your agents call me say I am their to help you but I am not getting any help if I still face same issue I will file complaint behalf flipkart.i need my money back.
