i purchased poco f3 gt on flipkart. it’s basic warranty is one year . but unfortunately it shut down just after the warranty . i visit the care and they kept it for a day and then they told the motherboard was totally dead . it’s repairing cost is 15,000 which is half of it’s original price. I’m a student and i purchased it in 30,000. it was a great loss for me . i’m unable to recover the loss. so i want the valid reason of it . if i invested 30k and if it doesn’t last for an year so what should we do . i want service from poco because of this great loss . i’ll be thankful if you give some positive response.
