Text of Complaint by Pavan Balasaria:

One of the most horrible, irresponsible, no sense of responsibility or accountability.
I gave request to transfer my broad band connection last month to be transferred from Ahmedabad to Bangalore.
It was ver smooth and I used to receive call and sms for installation and finally connection was installed on 15th July’2022.
The connection worked well 15th 2nd half and 16th evening. Post it was gone in air, no connectivity. I call customer care and lodged my complain for mobile data and broadband. It was clearly told I want get the resolved same day, but Adamant airtel it will take 24to 48 hours. Today is 20th 4 day have passed except one sms, no calls for resolution.
When I call So call prestigious Airtel Black, the customer care office have these words, we are priotizing, sorry for delay, sorry for inconvenience, we understand your frustration, give one more chance, your concern will be solved in 24 to 48 hours, it’s my responsibility, our local broad band team is responding but not resolution just beating around bush, false and unreliable reply pls wait. No sense of responsibility or accountability. No customer is given importance, no customer satisfaction. Now again asking for time. Futher most I can give waiver for days, on contrary connection charges has been debited.
If you don’t have attitude or intention to service customer or bandwidth to serve customer SAY NO.
WHY ARE MAKING FOOL OF CUSTOMER AND GIVING FALSE REPLY OR COMMITMENT.
MOBILE NETWORK AND MOBILE NETWORK IS DISASTER.
DTH RECOVERY TEAM FROM AHMEDABAD CALL TO SURRENDER THE DTH BOX, WHERE EVER YOU ARE COME AND SURRENDER, THE LADY WHO CALLED IS ARROGANT, IRRESPONSIBLE, ATTITUDE HAVE NO SENSE TO TALK TO CUSTOMER.
I HAVE NO OPTION TO SNAP 14YEARS ASSOCIATION WITH AIRTEL AND DO PORTABILITY AND START NEW RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER.

AIRTEL IS MOST WORD AND HIGHLY IRRESPONSIBLE COMPANY. LIAR AND FOOLING CUSTOMER IS THIER CUSTOMER CHARTERED.

REALLY SHAME ON AIRTEL, SHOCKING, PATHETIC AND HORRIBLE.
