Dear team
I create my packages of channels day before yesterday night and get assurance from your customer care team that the services will be start with in 2 hours . But next morning i got a call from your end and she explained that no package is yet updated in your system and i need to rebook the channels .
I came back in evening and restart the process and select my channels .
After submitting the same i got a bill amount of around INR 390 and got the display mentioning “your details has been successfully submitted ” . Again i called customer care and they ensured me that the same will activated in 1 hour .
But even after 2 days the channels are not activated yet .
Every time when i call to customer care either they hang up the phone or give a unfavorable reply that “technical problem chal raha hai ” .
even i dropped mail to customer care also but no favorable response from there side too.
Recharge amount is deducting on daily basis but channels are yet not activated .
