I have book flight ticket from https://www.travolook.in/, and one of my flight was cancelled by airlines side, and another flight was also cancelled by operational issue.
For both tickets, its been more than a month, and there is no refund being processed by the travel agency.
When ask, in email, they say they are yet to receive refund from airlines, and when talking to customer care, they say refund is received. Both of them are not at all in sync and are not returning my money.
