I had placed the order for ola s1 pro on march 28, 2024 and promised me it will be delivered by april 19, 2024 later they updated the delivery date to april 30,2024. after that there is no trace on my scooter delivery date. in website while checking it shows as “Your scooter delivery is running behind schedule. Rest assured that we are working hard to ensure quick delivery of your scooter.” raised several tickets in support but without providing any valid response the ticket is getting closed. raised several times via facebook page. most of the time they are not responding few time got reply they are working will deliver as soon as possible. till now they had not provided the expected day of delivery or tracing where my scooter is. without even delivering my scooter they had started the insurance which i had lost more than 3 months premium without delivering the scooter. just relying on consumer helpline which will help me to get the scooter or the refund with compensation. expecting your reply.
