I Atul Prabhakar Korgaonkar is the original traveller (MEL to Mum)scheduled trip was on 18th Jan 2022 through Srilankan Airlines) . I had to postpone my travel due to a freak accident I met .Later I had to cancel my postponed trip for 15th July 2022 also and requested for the refund for tkt no 603-2112544676
Till date I have made several several calls and written several emails to Mytrip and Srilankan Airlines for my refund .
MYTRIP MY BOOKING REFUND STATUS TILL DATE ONLY shows that refund application has been sent to Airlines and they are awaiting refund from Airlines
Srilankan Airlines has clearly informed me in writing in each email till few days before that they have not received any refund request from Mytrip .The refund request application number 04010554201 was also shared to Srilankan Airlines but Airlines has clearly denied receiving any refund request till date
My trip customer service team since September 2023 when called by me has informed me that I should not call Airlines anymore as Mytrip is following up and will revert to me
FURTHER EVERYTIME I have called MYTRIP customercare since October 2023 I have only got one answer from them and that is ” We have escalated the matter to our support- refund team and we are expecting their response”
This looks like a never ending narrative and is not fair and not acceptable to me . As Airlines says that they have not received the Refund request for Tkt no 603-2112544676 for 15th July 2022 from MYTRIP .
I am on the receiving end and is undergoing personal agony and stress due to no solution given by the Agent and Airlines
Hence I need a immediate prompt solution by way of my much awaited due refund
