Text of Complaint by Anthoni Selvam:

i am having airtel broadband in my home, i am getting more frequent disconnection in the same approximately every third week, they are not able to provide me the solution,

the speed they promised is 40 mbps but the actual speed is less than 5 mbps most of the time,

service person from their company says that they are not able to do more, i can disconnect and opt for any other operator if i am not satisfied.
