Day before yesterday..I cancelled my ticket and airlines reduced an amount of 2400/- instead of 3000/- and a amount of 600/- reduced from the happyfare .
But actually 2400+600 = 3000/- is the amount to be reduced and the happy fares taken 3600/- from me ..
When I call the customer care of happy fares they says …in between there are more charges coming…I ask for what all charges…no any convince fee is written…
They say that we can disclose to you…
And I asked …the money is mine and I booked the ticket for my needs…I have the rights to know about the fare which you are taking…
They are fooling and taking more money from me..
