Hello Sir,
I live in Balajinagar , Kukatpally , Hyderabad. I consumed 96 units but the bill i received to pay is 400 . The bill is for the consumption dates between 06/Sep/2019 to 03/Oct/2019 . I have been in Category 1A for all the months , But for this Sept to Oct bill , it fall under Category 1B(i) . Not sure why !!! and November i am again in 1A category as usual.
I went to electricity technical deportment building which is located in Road number 1 , kukatpally , and approached the employees there to validate the bill , but got very reckless response from them. They said it will be like that only , go and do whatever you do. This is how the responded to me.
And asking me to go here and there while asserting that no one can help.
I am attaching my October and November bill , please help on rectified the errors .
