I have applied for moratorium on 4 of April 2020. It was sent by the DM finance itself but still they locked my mobile. I have contacted with them several times and they didn’t responded me and sending me automated replies with wrong name and loan Id and when I complaint about it and they corrected the name and loan id only sent the same mail. With mentioning not applicable without looking into the matter. When I asked them they never looked into my concern and never responded accordingly and harassing me I have to pay the EMI otherwise we will not unlock your phone. They have tortured me. I have to pay the EMI just to unlock my phone. I have so many times please provide me moratorium till June as per the moratorium applied by me. They are not responding me and just resolving the ticket without giving me resolution. And giving me number and email id which never replied and the number which never connects.
Please help me to resolve this concern. They are harassing me on daily basis.
