Hi ,
I have personal loan in kotak bank , i have applied for moratiorium and also have exteneded moratium for 3 months i have sms email saying bank has processed request , but the bank denies and had asked me to pay emi for june and said july august moratorium will be given , without my notice june emi was adjusted to july , and i got intimation to pay emi for august , inspite of applying moratorim for august , i was assured i have to pay emi for august and september emi will b adjusted if august moratorium ws applied , but the said amout is being deducted , inspite of follow up to bank , and customer care i am being chared lien and return charges ,
