I have ordered product(A combo of 6 kurthas) from Moongoddess couture via their website(https://www.moongoddesscouture.com/) order id is: 806920 on 06-July-2025. They have mentioned dispatch of product with in 60-90 days in website, however even after 8 months the product is not delivered. I have paid ₹3662.40 for the order. When tried to connect via mail, they are responding like the order is still under production, they are not lifting the call even after multiple tries, not responding to messages in instagram nor in whatsapp. Their customer care service is very bad, and very unprofessional attitude while responding to mails or messages.Since they are not dispatching my product even after multiple follow ups, I need full refund of money ₹3662.40 and a compensation of atleast ₹5000 for the mental stress and anxiety which I suffered. I ordered these product for a function which happened on December 2025 and I ddnt get the product on time which caused me additional expenditure. I am officially sharing my complaint here and expecting justice as early as possible.
