I placed an order with Moon Goddess Couture on March 17, 2025, and I still have not received the product. I emailed them in July and received a response stating that it would take max 70 to 90 days. In October, I contacted them again by email to request a refund, but I have not received any response. They are also not answering my phone calls.
Kindly do the needful. Thank you
