I have got a message with the app link,that you are added to approved list.i have downloaded.
I applied a loan on 14/11/2022 For Rs 150000 for 18th month on App called MONZO. I have uploaded my ID Card and updated my Bank Details. I have also e signed in a contract given by MONZO App.
After filling all details the app is showing to pay me 7500rs for the loan processing fee,which i have paid them,after paying 7500rs they have told me,you have inter wrong account no,so you have to pay 30% of loan amount to proccess your loan,so i did not response to them.
Later on they have detected the amount 45000rs from my bank account…now Monzo app is showing me to pay more 22500 proccessing fee.
I told them to cancel the loan and return my money,the app is showing me to pay 10% of total loan amount which cost is 15000
I had contact the customer care which given by the app but they not reciving the calls,Some people are doing fraud in India.
I kindly request you to take a action on dis MONZO App
