I had applied for a loan of Rs. 1,00,000/- in 2-09-2022 from online application called Monzo. I had uploaded my Aadhaar and updated my Bank details. I have also e signed in a contract given by the app.
When I had contacted customer care of Monzo they are saying we will not provide loan for customers who don’t have account in Monzo Bank also it is UK based Bank.
I had contacted the customer care number given in app which I had downloaded they are saying to deposit 5%. I told am not interested to get the loan so they are like even if you don’t pay 5%, the EMI will be deducted from your bank account provided.
Some people are using foreign bank name and doing frauds in India.
I kindly request to investigate on same.
