When I was looking for a personal loan application, I came across an app called Moso Bank. I applied for the loan and got approved. Then when the loan process was complete, they told me to pay 5 percent of the total loan amount as a deposit to transfer the loan. After that, I waited to get the loan. When I did not get it, I asked for the loan application through the customer care service. Then I was told to pay 30 percent of the total loan amount of Rs. 100,000. That too was paid and they bought a total of 225000 rupees from me for each issue. When I was told that I will pay the deposit if I cancel the loan application, I was told to pay 10 percent of the total loan amount and I paid that too. After that, when I asked about the cancellation process, I was told that I have to pay Rs. 40,000 more. When I contacted Moso Complaint email they said nothing positive. My money is completely blocked. When they said that they will refund even the paid money only if they pay the full amount, they had to pay in full. I made all this money by pledging gold and going into debt and now I have a huge liability. I want to get my money back from them somehow
