I am using Dhani one freedom card since last year and till date 28th October 2021 I had cleared all the EMIs and other charges as shown in the app.
Since then, I didn’t use this app gor any transaction or shopping. When I opened it, it is showing the due charges as 4123/-. I also contacted Dhani customer care many times for this. They said that these are the monthly subscription charges 589/- each month.
Actually, before availaing this Dhani one freedom card, the Dhani customer care executives used to call me many times a day and requested me to have this card as this has no hidden charges and all.
They had provided ne the false and incomplete information and now they are not ready to listen to my complaints.
It is fine with me if they cancel all the charges which are due from 28 October 2021 onwards and close my Dhani account permanently.
