Dear respected Airtel, I am your customer past several years. I was taken plan of rs. 749 per month with 3 connection at mangalore easel tower with ms. Shruti. First month as agreed bill came for 749 and I paid as well. After that every month coming 1200, while I contacted shruthi she told it’s by mistakenly and she adjusted the bill accordingly and promised it will not repeat again but since 2 month it’s coming 1200 but unfortunately I forced to pay due to my son online class again this month comes @ 1295 with 100 of late payment. Now shruthi not responding to my several messages and phone calls it’s totally dishausted experience. You are kindly requested to take it up this issue and solve the problem before due date i.e on 22nd June.
