There is no option for pay your amount in that day that you have pay. Ex. My payment date is 2 April 2023, I have tried to pay my amount in application. But there is no option for payment because my ifsc code is change so I have to pay my emi through UPI. If I tried to change my ifsc code in Bajaj finserve his system server down.
I call to customer care and try to find the solution of this. But there is no satisfactory answer for that. I have to pay rs. 450 for your emi bounce.
I tried to I have timely payment through UPI. Never miss my emi. But application code and criteria are to complex. Very disappointed that I choose a bajaj finance. They system always respond after 3-4 days for any transaction.
