This is to state that the telecom compaines have created a structure where the consumer becomes helpless regarding his choice as it use to be before. I being a student has to recharge my father’s number after his demise in order to continue the activation of sim card. I cannot go ahead and recharge it with minimum balance to maintain its validity instead i have to recharge it with minimum 199 for a month, wether i use it or not. This is a against my right to choice. I want to proceed a complin regarding same. I want this to be taken knto consideration or i will hav to seek other legal institutions for help.
