I am Binu Lowang, I had taken loan from Moneyway and Rupeeway few months back and repaid the loan even though it was high interest 7 day loan. But since 23 September 2024, they are depositing money without my consent in my account and asking for repayment with interest. I repaid the deposited amount. But this is continuously happening. Without my consent they are misusing my adhaar and pan card for taking loan and harrassing me to repay. They are morphed pictures to my relatives and contact and also harrassing them using their images and texting dirty message and threatening to repay the loan . As I have blocked their number they are harrassing my relatives. They did not delete my details and using my details to gain profit and harrass if I deny to listen to their demands. Please help me. What should I do? Everyone is blaming me for not repayment. I am not repaying because I did not order the loan. Where should I go? Who will help me. How are they able to use my details to take loan without my permission or knowledge?
