Today (05.05.2023) is my last day to pay my due EMI. I’m trying since morning but there is no option to pay EMI. No amount has been deducted from my account as it shows auto debit. Later they will raise penalties on my repayment. There should be payment option available in an app or by any other UPI app. But Moneyview itself not allowing anything for repayment.
Because of their default in an app and repayment option it’s going to affect my credit score. Who is responsible for that?
