Hello Sir,
I have been communicating with the Moneyview agent for the past 1.5 months. They were making fake promises about bounce and late fees charges. They were saying first you have to pay all EMI’s then we will take a request for bounce/late fee waived off request. But Today I got a call from them and she was saying you have to pay all the remaining amount and told me “Jo karna hai ker lena”. I have paid all EMIs and raised a request for bounce/late charges waived. All agents were saying the same thing but Today’s agent was extra smart to me.
I want to raise a complaint against the Moneyview agent regarding the fake promises to the customer. My loan Id : 150197770108
