I’m trying to load 500 rupees on 16/01 /2016 into the union Bank of India digipurse wallet through sbi virtual card,balence deduced from account but not shown in wallet while wallet shows transaction successful & automatically returned to the home page but showing zero balance. Refreshing many times but it still shows zero balance. I also get transaction statement from sbi account for digipurse wallet citrus pay of 500 rupees. I call union Bank customer care they told digipurse is not a part of our banking services so send email, they give me e mail address. I mailed to address provided by the app & customer care but got no reply.my 500 rupees not returned into the my account nor loaded in digipurse wallet.
