We had booked a return ticket from Vadodara to Kochi and back on the 14th of July for onward travel on 24th July 2022 and return travel on 2nd August 2022. After the amount of INR 13733/- was deducted promptly, we got a message on 14th July itself that the ticket has been cancelled and a refund of INR 13733/- was due to us. IT has been 90 days since the same and the amount has still not refunded to us. Their last correspondence to us on this matter on the 5th of September 2022 post which they have stopped responding to our queries.
