Text of Complaint by DINESH MAITI:

I sent a money withdrawal request on 5th Aug 2019 and it was not successful and went to pending state. So, I didn’t receive my money in my upi account. When I mailed them first, they said it can take maximum seven days if it was pending. It has been more than seven days and I sent them a mail again saying that I didn’t receive my money and it is still in pending state. They didn’t reply to my mail and neither did they refund my money. They are cheating on me and I am worried about my money. If this is a fraud, please take necessary steps.
