I applied for Airtel Xtreme internet services and received a call from a person who was an employee of the company. He asked for my details and said that the connection is available in your area, please make the payment and the it will be connected within 48 hours. I made the payment on January 31, 2022. Next day, a person from the company arrived at my house and told me that they are not able to set the connection due to some issues. I contacted the customer service and they said it will be done in next 2 days but it didn’t. After that, I contacted the customer service and asked them to initiate the refund. I made so many calls to customer service asking for refund and it has been more then 10 days but they have not done anything, neither I received any update from the company regarding the issue.
