Respected Sir/Madam,
I am Siddharth Mukherjee, from Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. I booked my new Airtel connection on Saturday 22nd May with Airtel agent Chetan Gupta also from Jabalpur Airtel office. He said that the connection is available in my locality and will be installed with 2 days of booking. I booked the connection by paying the amount of Rs. 1768 and then I got a call from the Airtel technical team who also visited my locality after 2 days. Unfortunately, they cannot install the connection at my place due to the non-feasibility of the OTP box in my area. I asked for a refund from Chetan Gupta he said that the booking was canceled and the refund has been initiated but I got no confirmation message from Airtel about the refund. Now I am trying to reach Chetan Gupta regarding the status of my refund but he is not picking up my calls. Please help me get my amount back.
